If you're looking for a good laptop for writing, I highly recommend this one. Of course it runs Word and Excel with no issues, but more more importantly the keyboard has a great feel. It runs my old school console emulators like SNES and GENS flawlessly. No problems with Netflix or Youtube either.It is handicapped by the hdd and 4 GB of memory, but these could be upgraded. I probably will upgrade at some point, but out of the box for $200 it does fine.

I purchased this laptop to run one single task for the entirety of its life. Instead of buying something expensive I figured a ~$200usd laptop would suffice. (I actually bought 2 of these from 2 different sellers for the same tasks)This laptop was purchased to run the software for a single embroidery machine. The LAN port is being used to send the signal to the machine via crossover cable and the files are being pulled from the network over wifi.Now, while this seems like something any old laptop could handle I want to point out that I have to constantly either reset the wifi on the laptop to acquire the network or completely restart the laptop. Either way I'm looking at 5 minutes of downtime or more. Some days everything is fine but others, well, its like a nightmare.I constantly consider buying something better but at the end of the day I already blew 200 bucks on this thing and it does get the job done.The laptop runs a bit slowly most of the time but it definitely has its days where it runs fine. Hence the 3 stars instead of 2. If it didn't have any hiccups I would have for sure given it a 5 star.

After a ton of research and even more deliberation, I finally settled upon this updated Asus laptop. It's sleek, economical,had all the specs I was looking for and then some. Works great, so far. I do wish that other colors were available, however, sometimes you just can't have everything. 😳Especially within a certain price point.To this date, I have not had any issues, <knock on wood>. It works really well,easy interface, lots of storage, full sized keyboard, and beautiful screen quality. It's not too slow ( booting up) & has extra memory, which is awesome. My minor annoyance, I guess you could say, is that I cannot find a hard case cover, or any cover to fit this specific laptop's dimensions. Anywhere!!! Which is a head-scratcher. And I realize that this is really an aesthetic thing, and really minor. But, for me it's important, because I love to be able to personalize items it to my liking. And I can't quite do that. However, again, this is not a reflection on the laptop's performance or the product itself. So as of right now, it receives five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐For the time being it is living up to everything that it has listed. 🙌👌 Will keep you updated!

Not thrilled . Out of box was great. No problems turning it on. Next time I tried to turn it on I had to do the on/off dance with the start button 3 times before it would actually boot up. Additionally I was under the impression that windows and office would be activated and ready to go....yeah not so much. I am being required to spend additional money to purchase Microsoft office if I want to use any of it modules.i am very un happy with the seller right now.

Good value for money. Slow speed was stated in previous reviews. Did not find this to be the case as I updated the windows 10 before use. The complain of slow speed could be due to the updating process. Once updating completed, the laptop work with decent speed. Suitable for word processing, internet browsing, and youtube. For the price, a very good buy.

Three good things: the screen is beautiful and crystal clear. The keyboard is very nice and comfortable for a woman with small hands. The laptop is nice and light., perfect for carrying around in my backpack.Three terrible things:1. Battery: I cannot get this battery to charge past 79%. I have tried different outlets. I have tried plugging it in overnight. I have toggled every possible setting I could toggle in the Battery Usage menu. It charges right up to 79% and then stops. Additionally, when it isn't plugged in, the battery life plummets within minutes, even when I have it set to Best Battery Life (instead of Best Battery Performance). I have gone from 79% battery life to 54% in less than 15 minutes, and the only thing running is Google Chrome! How on earth am I expected to use this as a laptop, i.e., on the go, if it can barely last an hour?!2. Noise: I'm not complaining that it's loud, though it definitely is loud. No, it's the type of sound that concerns me. It emits this kind of muffled echo when it's on. You know that kind of muffled sound you hear when you have your head underwater and someone nearby kicks or splashes? It's like that. I have NOT submerged this laptop; I can barely even take it past my sofa because of the battery! Again, the only program I'm running is Google Chrome and the laptop sounds like it's about to die!3. Performance: Now, I didn't expect stellar performance for the price I paid. I did, however, expect it to be able to toggle between Google Chrome and Microsoft Word without waiting sixty seconds! The screen freezes, leaving me unable to click on anything, all because I either clicked on the Taskbar Icon or pressed ALT-TAB. My first generation Kindle is faster than this!Overall, I'm disgusted by this laptop. I want to return it but it appears I can only return it if it's Dead on Arrival. With a battery that only charges up to 79%, I DO consider it DOA, but I imagine the seller will disagree.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP!!!

I did not like this product for myself. On the other hand it has a good price, it is very portable and if you need a good laptop this is the one for you. You need to know how to handle They he screen it is confusing at times. The price is right.. I preferTablets they are very manuables and you can take it to bed with you. It is up to what you need at this time in your life.

Very slow... good laptop if your patient. Design very nice and laptop had no sratch looks like new. But again.. can't do nothing with it because its sllloooww. Battery not good as well.

Es muy ruidosa, parece computadora de los 90s. Además que es más gruesa que en la imagen, sin mencionar que es un producto de 2017.
