Heat the toaster oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and get ready for breakfast yummy time
I love this Pan now. It does take a bit of practice, I suppose, to get it just right, the way you may like your fried eggs. For example, I like my fried eggs with the yolk just a tiny bit runny, but not too much. This pan is nicely small-sized and the 4-egg design has a natural fit in my countertop toaster oven. When I Pre-Heat the toaster oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, I can bake these eggs for 6 minutes, 45 seconds and the eggs are perfect to my liking. At just over seven full minutes, the eggs are essentially fried-hard, with the yolk cooked through to a solid pale yellow. This may be how you prefer your fried eggs, just not me.The best trick for me has been lightly grease each egg cup -- I personally use bacon grease, which helps it Smell like yummy breakfast, or enhance the flavor of a Farm-Style Burger, meaning a hamburger with a fried egg on top. I've never truly been a fan of non-stick spray. But I am a fan of bacon grease ... and Farm-Style Burgers! In conclusion, to get your fried eggs with just a little bit of runny-yellow yolk, Heat the toaster oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, pop these in for 6:45 and get ready for breakfast yummy time. Anytime.

Requires a generous coating of oil/grease, otherwise sticks like a regular pan
I was hoping to save some time and get consistent results in my fancy oven with this irregular egg pan set. It fell short. Besides the novel shape, I cannot recommend this egg pan for the average person over other less costly pans that can also double for eggs.I can appreciate how this pan might work well for someone willing to grease it up. I wanted less grease in my diet so using less oil results in a very stuck eggy mess that's quite difficult to clean by hand (this is not dishwasher safe). I honestly could not believe how much scrubbing I had to do with my 'safe-for-pans' sponge with the scrubber side. I didn't use a harsh scrubber for fear of damaging the pan, but maybe I should have.I sent it back. I'm still better off using a non-stick pan on the stove.
