I rarely write reviews but the team at Foiresoft are more than deserving of some praise.The customization capability for some sleek blinds at an extremely affordable price is a win in itself -- but, the customer service is just as great.We had a couple blinds come in damaged and the team was quick to ask for measurements in order to send precise replacements. Very helpful and quick -- especially considering these came from Korea.Their products were made, fulfilled, and delivered faster than the majority of the American based places I purchase from!

There is some deception in the way this item is presented. The picture and wording suggest that these are regular horizontal Venetian blind,s but they are cheap roller blinds. In addition, it is shipped from Korea, which means it is near impossible to get a refund. Another case of international shipping and associated problems on Amazon--the second time. I am ready to stop shopping on Amazon. Its a shame.
