IKEA 001.692.49 Fixa 260-Piece Screw and Plug Set, Steel

We live in an old pre-war building in Manhattan and many of our walls are plaster. I’ve tried every other anchor I could find, but these work the best. Most other anchors tend to not grip the plaster strong enough or create bigger holes. These are flexible in the middle so they twist up and add extra grip when installed. I wish you could just buy the anchors separately.

I love love love this IKEA set. I've tried several other screw and anchor sets and have never found one as easy and reliable as this one. The anchors are much better quality than what I've gotten at HD and easier to use too. I've purchased this multiple times and it will continue to be my go-to for hanging literally anything on the wall.

I purchased this because I have spice racks from IKEA and could never find screws that actually fit in the mounting hole. IKEA is about 2 hours from me so getting it on Amazon was really nice and convenient. It’s a little more than if I had purchased through the ikea website, but since I have prime it was quicker shipping.

This multiple screw set will provide me with whatever screws I may need for a long time. The price point was good, great value for the cost.

This is the second time I've bought this set. I bought the first one at Ikea itself and used much of it up! The mixture of flat and rounded heads, combined with the three different sizes, make it much easier to hang things around the house.

It came in a padded envelope ... the seal had broken and half the screws fell out in transit. Disappointing but the box is still a good organizer and I have other nails and screws I can add to it.

I used it to fix my curtain rods. worked amazingly. better quality.

The plugs in the fixa set are the ONLY ones that will work in drywall in our house & in our old apartment. I have bought various other brands for drywall & none of them hold a candle to the ikea ones.
