I have one of these on each ankle . I have osteoarthritis in both hips. On the left hip nearing the replacement stage.These magnetic bracelets have helped reduce my pain considerably and so I have not had to depend on strong pain killers so much. However, these bracelets are for the wrist so they will not fit around all ankles. I am just lucky that I have very slim ankles due to being an X professional ballet dancer.I have researched the power of magnets and their physiological effect on the body and it all seems logical. However I don't think that they work as well on everybody. It is very much on an individual basis.These bracelets are also very attractive and look very pleasant around my ankles. I purchased the titanium blue as that was the most pleasing to look at.

Looks nice but makes no difference to the aches and pains . so if you are suffering from arthritis and in need of some relief don't waste you're money . unless you really want a blue bracelet.
