HQRP 3.6V Charger – Compatible with Black & Decker VersaPak VP100, VP110, VP130, 5 ft Cord, Works with VP100C, VP105, VP110C, VP143, Replacement Charger for VersaPak Batteries

I purchased this charger to charge batteries for a black & decker to set my mom gave me. It charges batteries quickly. Works for me and I would recommend this charger.

I have an old Black & Decker hand drill that uses gold batteries which can't be found anymore. And my old battery charger seem to have failed but this worked so if you have to gold batteries, this is a winner.

It did charge the batteries in 24 hours but I haven't had it long enough to answer the longevity or battery life questions. Also, though very similar to the one advertised, it did not come with the HQRP sticker as shown and has a battery warning label across the front.

We decided to make my dream of a charging station a reality. We bought the EBL 12 bay LCD AAA and AA and 9 volt battery charger and this. I wanted a place in side the house where all batteries can go to be charged. I wanted a single location instead of "what ever plug in is open" scenario. This purchase completed that dream and I am so happy to have a small space that can accommodate all that we need to charge our gadgets. We try to use rechargeable batteries whenever we can. We have a two bay versa pack charger but we wanted to be able to charge all four batteries at once. We had received the versa pack with the drill, flashlight, and jig saw as a gift. Plus we have two different battery powered screwdrivers that also use the versa pack batteries. So only being able to charge two batteries at a time with the charger that came with the versa pack, was not ideal. So we use this and the charger that came with the versa pack to have four batteries charged at all times. The indicator light only shows that it is charging, it will not let you know when the batteries are at a full charge. Our experience is that it never takes longer than five hours to fully charge a versa battery that was dead. Now any black and Decker tool is ready to go with a full battery and there is no waiting to start your project! A dream come true! I highly recommend this product. We also bought the Pwr+ pack 3.6V extended battery for Black and Decker tools. Now we have several batteries ready for our projects.

Using to charge the batteries for under cabinet lighting. Charges fairly quickly. Have purchased more batteries for it because we like them.

Spend a little more and get one with charge control. Being cheap risks expensive batteries. Unit has a time notification sticker on the front. I'm afraid to leave my batteries on the unit less they get ruined. My bad for getting this one.
