Not really big enough
Comfy enough but don't fill the back of the shoe, so move about a bit as you walk. Maybe if I put a dab of glue on them 🤔

Excellent value and has helped my Achilles problem
I have a tender heal from an Achilles problem and these wedges are definitely helping. They are well made, supplies soft support under the heal and are robust. Recommended.ProsGood price.Well made.Can be washedHave a ridge grip that helps keep them in place.Comfortable to wear.Don't adversely increase the heat in the shoe.Have been using them for 2 months and they are still like new.Have reduced the impact on my heal and improved my pain levels.ConsThey can move about a bit if they are not a good fit in the shoe. For example they move around after a couple of miles in my walking boots. Otherwise in normal daily wear they are fine.

A good shock absorber !
This heel support has been a very good shock absorber and cushioned my injured left heal very well. I was still able walk about while recovering from my injury.
