I like them so much that I order a second set.

The price should have tipped me off - these are nothing like the authentic Laguiole knives I know. And the wood storage rack is poorly made. I returned them.

The blade is very thin, much thinner than my other laguiole jean dubost set. So the blade is too flexible for my liking. Handles are nice. Returned it.

Caveat emptor. The display box, the handle color, and the blades themselves are not at all what is pictured. You will get genuine Laguiole knives, with a certificate of authenticity, but the handles are much lighter, the display box does not keep all the knives safe (one of ours had a bent tip due to the nature of the display), and the blades have variegated serration, not the smooth and sharpen able blades pictured by Amazon. They are perfectly fine steak knives, just not at all what we were expecting. We even ordered another set in hopes of getting what was pictured and the exact same different set arrived (undamaged the second time).
