Noticed an uptick in energy while using this for 30 days but can't guarantee it was the pills. Taste is average- not nearly as bad as some other vegan supplements I have tried. Size of capsule is average and easy to swallow, preferably with a liquid and not dry. Bottle arrived professionally and discretely. Possibly worth a try for you.

The capsules are a great small size and very easy to take, no aftertaste or horrible taste.I definitely have noticed a marked improvement in energy levels over the course of the 30 days. In terms of ingredients, all of them are essential vitamins/supplements that I would take otherwise and having them combined in one/two tablets is great.

My 39year daughter has 3 children aged 11, 7 and 1year 6months. Busy life is not near the way she lives her life. She was constantly tired and depressed by times. The ingredients include ginseng, ginkgo, turmeric, Co enzyme Q10, and guarana too....Try it you will be glad that you did.
