Do you have all of the required parts ?
The problem with the product is when you do not receive all of the parts, thus the product does not function. In my case it was all 3 extenders so could not connect the mirrors. One of the extenders would of had the extra mirror that would have faced upwards.

Don’t waste your money
I’ve given this one star because I had to give it one otherwise would have got -5This is a complete waste of money I put it out and within ten minutes the pigeon was sitting next to it

My friend has one and swears by it, I must have different birds on my boat, they seem to like it.

Not convinced it works
Birds in my area are not deterred by this, even tried it in combination with ultrasonic bird deterrent, with little or no success as birds still roost on my penthouse house chimney only some 5 meters away from my spa ?

This product is totally useless one mirror totally smashed, due to the most rubbish packing I’ve ever seen, the only thing to do is don’t bother buying!!!!!!
