It’s a beautiful looking ring, but you should really smooth the ring out a little bit; inside and out. Some of the ridges are Sharp and actually cut my finger the first time I placed the ring on.

The ring when I received it was not what was displayed in the picture, I specifically wanted a ring that did not have a wood insert in the middle of it and when I received it that's what I got. My husband was okay with it because he loved the look of the wood on the inside so we didn't think anything of it. Now the wood is falling out on the inside of the Ring I have tried to contact you on numerous occasions a better replacement or exchange for a ring with the wood inner band, and have not gotten a reply back. I am not happy about the customer service in regards of getting a replacement for this I hope you get this and respond to me back.
