One of the four bags was open in the box
It’s a good product. Just be careful when you open it. One of the four bags was open in the box so it was messy to unpack which is the reason for 4 stars not 5

Excellent quinoa flour
Tastes like quinoa, have been using it to make tortillas - just add water and salt and fry them up for a gluten free and corn free option. Good packaging, easy to close and reuse. Love that it’s organic.

Good flour for baking
I get this to mix with coconut and soy flour for my dogs' cookies, one of my dogs is extremely sensitive to grains and this mixture has worked out well plus it's organic like the rest of the recipe for my dogs cookies. It's a quality product and I have always trusted Bob's Red Mill.

Yikes! Am I using this correctly?
I found a copycat recipe for pancakes from silver diner and I don’t know if it was missing an ingredient, but they were pretty gross. I usually am very happy with Bob’s red mill - but that is probably because most are ingredients that I am more familiar with. Anyone have any good recipes to use up my bag?!

Good value for speciality organic flours.
Bob’s Red Mill has so many specialty products. I used this in a power bar recipe.

Buen producto
Es un producto caro, pero no había encontrado otra de quinoa en México y me sirvió perfecto. Sí la volvería a comprar.
