Used in a vertical rotisserie
I bought this stand to fit into a vertical rotisserie to cook chicken. It fits perfectly and was much easier than using the skewer. Chicken was 5lbs and turned out great 👍

Chicken holder size is small
The size of the chicken holder is sort of small and is good for game hens, not chickens; otherwise this kitchen device is pretty well made and sturdy.
