Great product
I am taking this product to compliment and act with the Berberine that I am taking. After reading, it is found this this product and Berberine should be taken together, at meals, to be more effective. I will know at my next doctor's appointment if my levels are returning to normal. It smells and tastes like cinnamon.

It takes time
I do a lot of research before I buy a supplement, and I found that taking cinnamon will take 30 to 40 days to really work, or make any changes of my blood sugar. Taking with metformin it has greatly reduced my blood sugar where metformin Alone was not doing it. I recommend ceylon cinnamon but you do your own research because everything is different for everybody else. But this product works for me

This has everything the product i used to purchase had in it with the exception of selenium....the price difference is amazing! I'm sticking with this!!

Great for diabetics
Pills are large but can be opened and sprinkled on food or drink. Other than that, they are great. Both ingredients are important for my husbands diabetes.

No noticable effects. Blood sugar remains out of wack. Had to stop taking it.
