Great item

Not a great scanner but good for so much more
The cameras got it sent out for the purposes I had proposed for it it does however do other things that I do like keeping it can hook it up with Windows hello and works great for depth sensing not recommended for 3D scanning by the 5:15 instead

Depth accuracy is not even close to 2%
I bought this camera on e-bay for my R&D company. I had to track 6cm high objects at a distance of 2 meters.Bottom line: the accuracy of the camera is not even close to the declared "2%". I had 1-sigma standard deviation of the distance about 5-6 centimeters, and 2-sigma (i.e. 95% confidence interval) at around 12 centimeters. Which is ~5% of the distance.

Price is very high on amazon
Bought the same camera directly from Intel for 199.00 USD not sure why I would want to pay $1082.55 USD for the same product .

Defective piece and old piece sent.....No package no cable.....Worst experience
I didn't received the usb-c cable and Tripod. Even the button on the top of real sense is broken. My stereo depth camera is also not working. They have sent the used product, while in the description it was mentioned brand new. Also the stereo camera is not working. They didn't sent any pacakage, neither the usb cable. I need this camera urgently for my project. The button on the top, seems to be permanently inserted inside.

Becareful... Amazon will try to sell you a new item (camera only) with no retail package
I purchased this item thinking it was the retail version of the product. All I received was the camera in a plastic wrapping missing the usb-c cable and tripod. If you want to count the cover that attaches to the usb-c port of the camera, you can count that too as missing.You can tell on the wrapper it says NewItem. But the scuff marks says otherwise.Item works but still disappointed.
