I installed this as per the instructions stated. Had so many issues. Pressure was so low. They have a pressure regulator and it tells you to install that in the part that goes into your pipe going into the wall. This regulator is essentially a rubber washer with a screen in it. Also the colors were not right. It's supposed to be a certain color based on water temperature. It was actually crazy. Each showerhead was a different color and sometimes one would just go off completely or blink on green or blue and none of which it was supposed to do. Sounds like a terrible review huh? Well here is the kicker. I got a wild hair to take that regulator out and try it again. Turns out there were actually 2 of them in there. Took them out and threw them away and boom it works awesome! Colors change as they are supposed too. Pressure was great with both showerheads. Truly like a spa experience especially taking a relaxing shower with the light off. I hope this will save someone a headache. This is a great showerhead imo. How long it will last remains to be seen but both me and the misses are super pleased with it. Also to add when I had problems I called their customer service line. Left a voicemail the first time and tried calling at least a dozen times after that. No luck at all. That was 2 weeks ago so if you do have problems you will have to address them with Amazon or fix it yourself. Still give 5 stars as I am reviewing the product and not the company that makes it. Just remember to leave any regulators out and you will be happy. If by chance this showerhead takes a dump on me in the near future I'll edit my review.

Upgraded the little generic shower head in apartment with this relatively inexpensive fixture. Installed easily in minutes. Includes teflon tape for the one spot needed. Second time purchasing this type of unit. First one used elsewhere functioned well for years and still in use. It is lightweight plastic yet lasts. The lights are amusing; never tire of them. Colors do correspond to temperature: Blue for cold, green for warm, red for hot, and blinking red for super hot. I did have a problem with this new unit: light on the wand part did not work. E-mailed customer service (they also have a support phone number) and got response very quickly. They apologized for inconvenience and sent a replacement part immediately. New wand showed up a day or two later, issue solved quickly with zero fuss. (The original functioned so no loss of use; just the light didn't work.). Excellent customer service, 5 star experience. Very pleased with this purchase.

Let me just say, this was one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. I saw this product come up on a lightening deal, read some reviews, and decided to pull the trigger and buy one. I am beyond satisfied with this product. I was skeptical at first about water pressure, but this works great and has a high water output. I feel that if you are connected to a sewer line and not like a well where there is typically pressure issues, you should be fine with this product. I used to have an apartment with 2 shower heads (one on each side) and missed that feeling of being blasted with water. This does not duplicate that since both heads are relatively close together, but the added water output feels amazing. Plus the fact you no longer need to check the water before getting is so convenient. You just wait for the light to turn green, and you are good to go.Installation was a breeze and required no tools. I purchased a small roll of 3/4" plumber sealant tape with this product for a dollar and some change, but to my surprise a small roll of 1/4" tape was provided in the box for installation. I used this provided plumber tape around each connection point where you screw in an item, and have NO leakage at all. I would say installation took approximately 5 minutes, and was extremely easy while using the instructions.I was also skeptical to buy this because of many reviews in regards to a humming sound generated by the lights. If I heard that, it would be very annoying to me. Fortunately my unit did not produce any humming noise at all, so I have no complaints about that. I do have one complaint however, which is why I did not rate this product 5 stars. I want to rate this 5 stars because I love this unit so much, but I cannot because of the fact that the unit I received had a broken main shower head light. As pictured, both the handle shower-head and the main shower-head both change colors depending on the temperature. However the unit I received, only the handled shower-head changes colors, while the main shower-head remains blue. This bothers me, but the Ms. says she likes it better that way because we get 2 colors on instead of one, so I kept it and did not return it. Other than that one thing, I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. Great water pressure, great feeling, no leaks, and no humming.

Love this shower. As someone who worked for one of the major faucet manufacturers I think this has all the features a 300$ shower system has. Easy install. The lights are a great feature.

This product is great! It lets you know when the water is at its perfect temperature.

Easy to install and works really well. The LED lights are cool but don't really do much for you unless you're in the dark, but it's not bright enough to really see what you're doing in the dark. so it's a cool gimmick I suppose.

bought this 3 weeks ago, the showerhead is nice with all the settings, but if you are buying this for the LED lights, which lets be honest, that gimmick is what makes it different, don't. Mine stopped working properly after 2 weeks, the lights go on and off as they please.

Good quality product. Not cheap plastic. Very happy with it. Easy to install as well.
