These elbow pads are relatively sturdy for goalkeepers playing on turf and relatively nice natural outdoor soccer fields (you probably want a thicker elbow pad if playing in goal on a gym floor for example). I would highly recommend washing these by hand and air drying them as the padding will separate in the wash.The company we purchased these from seemed very concern about the reviews and they even sent us another pair when the first pair’s padding got separated in the wash. Kudos to the company for caring about the customer! Second season in, and we are still using these elbow pads.

These pads are great for my child. He uses them for elbow pads while playing baseball. We tried many different brands, and all were just to big for his skinny 8 yr old arms. With these, he is comfortable and able to swing his bat with no slippage from the compression sleeve. I would recommend these for kids who have trouble using the big brand guards from athletic stores.

My 11 year old son plays football and wears a Youth XL in most everything. We completed the measurements for length and bicep circumference and found he was in the Youth Large range. Upon delivery they were still loose and bothered him during the game (having to pull them up and adjust constantly), although he said they still helped a great deal and he never realized how much he got hit in the elbows before. My recommendation is to measure, then select the next size down for a more secure fit.

The material and pads are good but the size is off. My son is 11 and after reading the chart they sent I needed the 8-10 year old ones. We made some modifications so he can use these for a few years.

I was a little hesitant to purchase because my son's arms are so skinny but they were great! loose around the wrist but wasn't bothersome.

We used it for my kids’ figure skating training. It worked very well. My kids can still move their arms freely while having their elbows well protected. Great product and I give my recommendations.

My 10yr old really likes wearing them! The thickness and flexibility is great for falling off of a bike. I would order them again. It is a sponge, it’s not a hard surface, but it works.

I purchased the 5-6 year old ones for my nearly 8 year old. I was worried the 7-8 size would’ve been big on him. These smaller ones were perfect for him. He’s only about 52lbs and fairly thin. They worked great and gave him confidence in knowing he won’t be hurting his elbows while tackling.
