Plaid Chalkboard

Perfect for beginners and small kids in small spaces. Pretty easy to clean but smudges and smears are hard to eliminate completely.

Wish it didn't ghost so badly, YES I did the cover-it-with-chalk-first pre-treatment.It works, but feels weird rather than the old satisfying experience of slate. It ghosts a little, but it works for teaching the kid maths.

Good condition and quick delivery.

It's cheap but be aware if using with chalkboard markers, it's really hard to clean, you need to use an abrasive cleaner and scrub, so not great if you want to draw and edit - it's not my chalk markers because I have no issues at all with a different more expensive chalkboard.

Meh. You get what you pay for. I can see where this might be useful for some craft projects….

Bought this for my niece and nephew for them to draw and learn on it. Reminds me the way me and my siblings used to learn. It's very cheap material though and thus the weight is very light. A 3 clip binder is heavier than these. I would be happy if it lasts a year.

You get what you pay for. Does the job, I guess. I bought this to do a commission painting. Definitely, fixable and workable! Due to Rona, this is all I could afford.For $3ish bucks I can't complain. I buffed the wooden frame and cleaned the edges (I HATE the feeling of unfinished wood. Edges were too sharp and was coming apart). I ink-stained the wooden frames too and painted over some of the cracks. (It came with cracks on one side of the chalkboard.)

This is ok. I knew I could probably find a similar option for less (dollar tree maybe), but I didn’t have time to wait. I needed a chalkboard this size for a project at the time. It arrived and within 15 minutes, I had to get out the hot glue gun and work on the frame. That did solve that issue, but I still feel the board itself is hard to write on / clean. I followed all the seasoning instructions, but it just didn’t work well for me. It made it through my project, but if you have time to shop around - I’d find another option.

The frame fell apart after light use. But it's cheap; you get what you pay for. I'll still use the chalkboard as part of handwriting development with my kids.

I used for my kid only 2 times, it is not clear, that too I make them to use only slate pencil, from second time it is not clear. Waste of money.

Much smaller than I imagined and no hook on the back to hang it from the wall.

This product is dollar store at best quality. Thin and flimsy.
