Not what I expected.
I expected to get this book and not be able to put it down until I'd read it cover to cover. However, after the first 20 or so pages, I was very disappointed. The writing left alot to be desired on most of the stories. There was no real thread to connect the stories, even though the stories had been put into chapters that were basically titled by the content of the stories, but sometimes the stories didn't fit the category they were put into. That being said, there were some high points to the book. For example, there is a story about four WWE superstars traveling from North Carolina to Tennessee and having a wreck on the way. It may not sound (in description here) like it would be that funny, but the way it is told (apparently by Shannon Moore), the story is so hilarious that you feel almost as if you are listening to him personally tell you the story and the descriptive writing makes you feel as if you were right there when the event took place.

Great Book
This is my 12 year old son's review (written in exchange for my buying the book)...I thought that this book was really good. It was very interesting and funny. I especially liked the part where Rico had to give up his first class American Airlines seat to restrain a drunk passenger. I also thought that the part where Sergeant Slaughter met president Nixon was surprising. The book covers from the 80's to the mid 2000's which is one of my favorite periods in wrestling history. I felt like all the important characters from that period were in the book. I give this book five stars and I believe it thoroughly deserves it.

Awesome book real true stories
If you are a true wrestling fan you will love this book. The book goes behind the scenes and tells some stories of the road when the cameras are off. Drunk tirades naked running just too name a few things. Funny moments help people in stressful situations get by.

A Must Have
Thoroughly entertaining, and in spots, laugh-out-loud hilarious! "Are We There Yet?" is a must have book for the die-hard wrestling fan. Those who are interested in the lives of the superstars outside of the squared-circle as well as in it. It gives a brief glimpse into what these people go through just to do what they love - entertain the fans. I highly recommend!

Cute
Many little tales of different adventures that took place during travel from a variety of superstars. Some cute, some sad, and some hard to believe. Well worth reading just for the enjoyment of hearing the superstars telling of some of the things that happen to them off screen.

Patchy but entertaining
A fun, quick read. Not all of the stories are that compelling but when they hit, they hit well.

Delightful
What a lovely little book this is. It is a collection of oftimes witty stories about the stars we see in the square circle. I particularly liked the one from Trish Stratus telling of her experiences in an airport, but I won't spoil it for you by giving it away. I cracked up at a story from the Big Show about his "accident" in a Japanese hotel. It is also very informative. The business out of the ring can be far from glamorous.A great read you will thoroughly enjoy.[...]
