For organizations new to Kaizen, this book offers a well written guide to be successful here. It is well organized and has margin notes identifying Definitions, key points, how-to steps, etc. It also provides a number of useful tools, such as supply lists, for the team that can help avoid any first time fumbling. Most important, it has a clear overview of roles and responsibilities of the team, as well as team make up needed to be successful in health care Kaizen. This, combined with it's 100 page length, make it a "must read" for helping educate the C-suite on what is needed for effective Kaizen and what should be tackled first.

Great examples, would like to see an adaptation for smaller businesses. I would recommend this book for anyone who needs to improve a process.

A great series of books about the core concepts of lean healthcare management - written in an orderly and concise manner, it is great for learning and as a reference.

Highly recommend for anone, or organization, looking to undertake a LEAN Implementation project. Easy to read, easy to follow. I suggest to all my clients.
