The idea of this 'cool' vest is to dunk it in water and wring it out, then apply the wet vest to your dog. It's cool to touch, but also clammy and damp which I would personally find incredibly uncomfortable. My dog appeared to agree with me, because he just stayed perfectly still with his nose to the ground the entire time, until I took it off him when he seemed visibly relieved! I don't think putting wet clothing on a dog is a good idea anyway... I sent it back for a refund.

We have a pug crossbreed so he struggles in the heat quite a bit. I bought this with not a lot of hope (mostly because I thought he’d refuse to move with it on). But it works, to an extent. It does keep my dog cooler and would be more effective if he didn’t insist on lying in the sun, rather than the many shaded parts we set up for him.

Absolutely amazing but unfortunately I ordered a size to big so it hangs off my dog it still works though and cools him off!! Best thing I've bought my dog!!

My dog and I thinks its a great bit of kit.No more panting too much while out on walks on a hot day.Wish i had got ityears ago for my 11 year old dog.

cool jacket , looks okay although not tried on dog yet as the weather in Scotland has not been warm enough. Since I've had it delivered.
