Worked as it was supposed to!
Had a total right hip replacement. Used this with an older Jet Stream machine we had. It appeared to be a little flimsy. However, it worked perfectly. Used it for 24 straight hours and then as needed afterwards without an issue. No leaks, tears or any other issues. It definitely did it's job. Would buy again.

Effective but not practical
Good cooling system but the ice melts quickly. The Velcro straps are not practical for folks that have had recent surgery or a severe injury. More innovation is needed.

Works well with my JetStream.
I’ve had several surgeries (knee replacement, other knee surgeries before that and AC Shoulder joint reconstruction) and keeping ice (the cold water) has always been a great pain reliever and healing. The straps that come with this item is great, it takes a little adjustment w the strap to get a good fit

Not the best
Padding is very thin and cold can hardly be felt. Putting the pad on is a real pain. It worked but not as well as the ones I have for knees.

Original equipment, fast delivery
I needed this ice pad for after my knee replacement surgery and was pleased to see it available on Amazon.ca at a good price but the Prime free delivery was a real bonus. It came within 2 days ! It is the original replacement part for my machine and works like a charm

Poor Quality Replacement
Unfortunately this was a poor quality shoulder pad replacement. Used gently 2 times and it began to leak. I would recommend finding a different place to purchase from for replacement shoulder pads.

Works great, better than an ice pack
The device plugs in easily to the machine and provides effective cooling for hours. I found that using ice blocks last way longer than ice cubes. it is sometimes a bit tricky to get it set up so the hose isn't twisting. Overall I would buy it again.
