I've been taking these for two weeks and they just haven't done much for me. Maybe a little help with concentration, but did nothing for my joint pain, which was my main reason for ordering them. For the price point, I expected a little more relief.

So I've read that it can take a week or more for Sam-E to help with mood but I noticed a change in my attention issues almost right away, like definitely increased focus, motivation, and ability to stay on task. I have GI problems too, though, and also had issues with that. I know that can be a side effect for some people so could just be me. But I was concerned that the pills I got expire in only 4 months, so I'm not sure if freshness was an issue with them. I will probably try again in a few days when my tummy calms down because I'd really like for these to work.

Quality product at great price. Typically most SAMe products come in an inconvenient metal packaging that is hard to open. This product was easy to use and very effective.

I wrote this because they will not show the 1 and 2 star reviews. Needs to be refrigerated or spoils!
