A little back story. My sis and I (only siblings of our grp), both in our early fifties now. Still kids at heart, very close yet live in different cities and can't visit as often as we'd like. We lost our father about 3 yrs ago and as anyone who has, knows it can be difficult times on the heart when that loved ones birthday comes around. I had ordered the mug set for my sister, for her bday. It was beautiful, and came with lid and spoon. However, when my sis called to thank me, i found out the spoon wasn't included. I contacted seller, and right away got a response, and was taken care of. It's a well made mug set, and would recommend it for a beautiful gift for sister, or dear friend. I brought it for my friend as a gift. She did really like it. The mug has its own unique design and the size is working for everywhere, like office or at home. It was wrapped very well and the card inside was wonderful as well.

It was assembled nice in a fancy box. It was gitable and ready to give away. However, it was missing a piece, the spoon. I did not find the spoon and that was a bummer.

I wish the top fit a little bit snugger but all in all great presentation. Box is cute the little card was cute and pretty, no chips or dings in the product.
