First of all, be sure to look at what product/oil/scent people's reviews reflect. I almost didn't buy this because one review said it smelled bad, but then I realized it was actually a different oil/scent/product.So my review is over their "Breathe Blend" essential oil. It smells pleasant (hints of peppermint, eucalyptus, pine scents). I wouldn't say its an amazing smell, but I like it and don't mind my house smelling like it.As far as helping me breathe better, it really gives about the same improvement that you would get from like a Vick's Vapor rub. The helpful ingredients are likely menthol-related. I have chronically stuffed sinuses and only get full relief from doing daily nasal rinses and steroid sprays. I was looking for something to provide relief without having do to those things. If nasal rinses and steroid spray provide 90-100% resolution of my symptoms, I would say using this essential oil alone would provide 35-50% relief. It is enough relief that I don't have to do the rinses/spray as much so I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.Customer service also seems very good--I received multiple emails asking to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

I used this to quit smoking. I had smoked for over 35 years. I read Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking and that helped to fix the way I think about nicotine but when the day came to quit I had the usual panic withdrawal symptoms. The first panic attack that hit I looked around my immediate area to find something to take my mind off the craving and saw this bottle of Zen Blend on my desk that I had bought a while back. I took a long deep inhale of it and instantly a wave of calm washed over me and the panic subsided. I did this every time I felt another craving. Within 10 days I didn't need to inhale this oil anymore and I have never had another nicotine craving since.

I love this product. This is a real review, not a paid promotion. I’m not a huge essential oil person so this is a genuine opinion of this specific one. This oil is very good at making the air feel pure and the aromas will have your mind/body at ease. I find my dreams are much more lucid and I get a better quality sleep while using these oils. Originally I received this one in a combo pack or a trial pack and decided to reorder this specific one when I was running low. I can feel a difference in my rejuvenation when I use or don’t use it. It has definitely become a nightly ritual and something I encourage others to add to their nightly wind down from a bustling or stressful day.

Wow, where do I start. This little bottle is a god send. I use a drop of this for various ailments.Use it when there is a cough variant asthma attack and my child can’t sleep she sleeps peacefully for the rest of the night.When allergies strike and there is congestion and coughing a drop on the pillow does the trick.When there is a cold going around the the night time congestion won’t let you breathe, this opens your nose right up.I have purchased a few and gifted them.

I think this will help with migraine relief. I'm diffusing it now. I applied a light application to my temples, but it caused my eyes to water too much, so next time I will use a carrier oil and apply on my scalp instead of temples.The bottle leaked in the package (yellow padded mailer envelope), getting on other item in my order. I have tried to contact seller using the information card that was in the box (see photo). The email address is having server issues and Gmail was unable to deliver after more than 45 hours. The instant-support.com doesn't seem to be an active domain address. I called the number daily Arizona time, but no answer. I tried to resolve this before writing a review, but since the email kept bouncing back, and the phone number isn't getting answered, I'm not sure what else to do. I've spent enough time/energy on this issue.

It makes the whole room smell so very good! People coming in have committed on how well the room smells.Now here’s the rub: we like the smell but that doesn’t mean you will. Let’s just say I will be buying Joy blend again. You will have to decide if you like me want to risk it and try it yourself.

Healing Solutions is one of my favorite, go-to, tried and true brands for essential oils. I can only remember 2 or 3 that I didn't love and I have at least 40 of them. This is probably my 4th or 5th re-order of the Joy blend and the Harmony blend. These 2 are staples for me! They make my house smell fresh, airy and "spa-like". I get so many compliments on how good it smells and how relaxing it is. Healing Solutions passes the "paper bag" test, so I know the product is good quality. I research everything and Ive done a good deal on this company. They're one of the most popular brands and the prices are great. There's absolutely NO REASON to pay the high price of brands such as Young Living or Doterra. Both of those companies are MLM's with typical MLM selling tactics. No Thank you!

So far I really love this blend of the Organic Anti-Aging Blend Essential Oil. I mix with a carrier oil strawberry seed carrier oil and gently pat in 2 drops after washing my face 2 times a day. I’m definitely seeing slight results after using 10 days. My skin is a little firmer and smoother. I recommend applying immediately after washing face as it absorbs nicely into the skin without being oily.
