Using this as a sous vide container, attaching my circulator to one corner. It's size works for larger entrees, I've used it for several steaks at one time, a chuck roast and pork shoulder roast. Seems sturdy and durable, looking forward to long time use of it.

Best vegetable (food) prep container I have purchased, or ever used. I would recommend this container to anyone that uses a slow cooker or roasting (cut up root vegetables and meat) in the oven.My first use was in my slow cooker (for myself), I cut up all my root vegetables, placed them all in this container, poured my special homemade sauce over the vegetables, placed my meat on top of the vegetables, hand mixed all ingredients and had plenty of room to do this; (it would have taken me two to three large mixing bowls to accomplish this task before)!Note: I also purchased the (optional) lid for this container, and it came in handy with my first time use. I covered and stored my recipe in the refer over night, placed all in my slow cooker the next morning, and had a few great meals that followed!

The container is as expected, however it did not come with the lids per the description and the photos. Disappointed because buying the lids comes at $9 a pop.

I ordered this so that I could make large batches of cold brew coffee all at once and this was perfect! I bought the corresponding lid, too and it fits well. This is such a great way to mix up large batches of liquid beverages - cold brew coffee or maybe a fun cocktail for a large party. I like the measurements on the side that are large and easy to read. The handles are great too for when you are carrying it across your kitchen for minimal sloshing and spilling. Great container, I will definitely get more!

This is my second one of these containers, it is great for brining meats. My first is in good condition still after two year but I wanted one for my cottage, so I didn't need to transport.

I use in restaurants that my company manages.

The image of the product shows the lid included with the container. The information describes the fit of the lid! The product will be shipped WITHOUT the lid. It apparently is a separate purchase. A separate cost. Deceptive advertising at the least!

Over the years we have attempted to employ a variety of containers to store our bulk flour. This Cambro 12 qt Polypropylene Food Storage Container surpassed all expectations. Bravo Cambro, bravo!
