VitanicaCardioBlend, Cardiovascular Support, Vegan, 120 Capsules

been taking this for a while

I have used this product, vitanica, Cardioblend for 5 years. I have found that it has maintained my heart health without increased damage. I have Aorta valve and mitral valve malfuntion and upper Aorta aneurism. Aorta aneurism has not increased since starting on this supplement. I feel Cardioblend has benefited my heart.

Taking several supplements hard to tell

It appears that about half of the ingredients in this formula are pretty standard in most multivitamins/minerals. There are other interesting ingredients that I'm not familiar with, and apparently that is what makes it a cardiovascular-focused product. Considering the cost, I am not sure I'd add this one to our family's roster of health supplement -- especially since so much of the content is included in other supplements we already take. It does, however, offer a generous 120 capsules in a bottle.

My husband had a heart attack back in July 2019. His doctor suggested this. It has helped him with heart pain and inflammation. Have used for 3 months now.

This supplement looks like it was designed for heart health, having some extra nutrients in it to target several issues that might impact cardiac health. The methylfolate and B12 are specially good for people who have a genetic trait that makes it difficult for them to absorb regular folate and b12. The methyl group makes it more absorbable for them. Magnesium dose seems a little low, only 100 mg for two capsules but it's better than nothing. Hawthorne, both berry and leaf extract is one of my favorites. Coenzyme q10 dose only 10 mg in to capsules also seems a little low. As I said in one of my other reviews this brand has been recommended to me by a naturopath I trust. It does say the address is in Oregon but doesn't necessarily say it was bottled in oregon, and it's missing any stamps of approval such as USP or NSF. The expiration date is August of 2026. There's very little odor when I smell the bottle and I have a pretty good sense of smell it's just very slightly earthy and sweet at the same time.

Have been using this product for over 3 years and continue to get positive feedback from my cardiologist.

Supplements are individualized but what's nice about this product is that it can be taken and, if it works for you, the evidence should show. Vitanica is one of my favorite supplement brands and I have not had a quality issue yet. I did get a bit of a stomachache after taking this supplement but I do have a sensitive stomach. I have to take it with food and plenty of water.
