Great series!!!
Izzie and Mira are dealing with the fall out from their dad's confession of being Izzie's father. They have to deal with the media frenzy around it and having to fake smiling for talk shows. Plus Mira is still upset over no longer being friends with Savannah and the rest of her friends. She becomes closer to Keenan and more involved with her art work. Izzie becomes friends with Brayden's sister Dylan, who she likes a lot since she thinks she's a lot like her but Dylan also may not be who she seems. Both of the girls decide to become debutantes, Mira has been look forward to it forever and has been taking classes to prepare for it while Izzie was choosen at the last minute, their parents think it will be a good idea for their dad to escort both of them but they are still both very unforgiven of him. Brayden's mom also seems not to like Izzie very much and Izzie learns him and Savannah's families are very close and really want them to be together. To be honest Brayden really made me mad in this book and I really didn't want Izzie to forgive him at all. Overall this book is pretty good and I think it's actually better then the first book in the series. And I like how the author very accurately portrayed the debutante thing (with the exception of the hazing thing) unlike most books and tv shows. I'm really looking forward to the next book in the series.

unique
I thought this was an outstanding book! It was a good read ( it wasn't super easy to read but it wasn't like Harvard essays) it made me think too. I think this book also makes me think sort of like princesses (in cotillion). Personally I think all of Jen Calonitas' books are AMAZING! Especially 'sleep away girls' and her series: 'my secret Hollywood life' I think both of those are 'must-reads' if you just adored this book as I did myself. Thanks Jen Calonita!!! I hope the readers reading this find this review helpful.

Recycled plot
This book was nearly indistinguishable from the one before. Same mean girls, same boy drama, same politically-motivated villain. Even another predictable bug family secret.I enjoyed the book, but in hindsight, might have enjoyed reading something different a little bit more.

Page Turner
"Winter White" is and excellent sequal to "Belles". It cotinues with even more drama. The new character Dylan makes the story even more interesting. Also with cottilion there is sure to be even more drama than you expected.

Talk About A Cliff Hanger!
This book probably deserved a better ending. I personally loved the book! Can't wait to read the next one! You rock, Jen Calonita!

They are a good read for adolescents and even school teachers of literature
I have all three books of the Belles series. They are a good read for adolescents and even school teachers of literature.

Great read!
Enjoyable story. Love what she does with her characters. Could not put it down. Finished it in two days, and was sorry when I did, as I did not want to leave them.

Mediocre
The series just petered out. The final book wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. Mediocre. It also felt like the plot had been done before in other series.
