Great Flavor!
It took a while to get used to it. It did not taste like any other coconut I've had before. BUT I finally decided that I like it! And I think it might be the "Premium High Fat 65%" as claimed on the label. One thing I've learned about food: the flavor is always in the fat. Perhaps this is what all coconut is supposed to taste like before they remove the fat to make coconut oil? Or maybe it is what I originally thought upon my first taste: "Whoa, this coconut comes from trees whose coconut I've never tasted before!" Whatever it is, I like it. I think all fans of coconut chips should try it ... at least one bag. I know that I will be getting more ... as soon as I finish the other 3 brands I bought. ;-)As for crispy or chewy, I think it's a little of both, if that's possible. They are dried, which gives them an initial crunch. But then they end up being a little chewy, which I think is the high fat content. Yum!

Dry and bland
A little too “dry”. And not very strong coconut taste.

Coconut Chips
There was something about the color. Not that it was bad....just different than what I'm use to. It had dark edges that I wasn't use to seeing. The price was a little higher than I'm use to paying also. I'm not wanting this to sound like a negative review....it was just different.

I purchased these to make a keto fudge recipe and they didn’t disappoint. Taste great, and easy to use.

4 Month Expiry Date
Bought these for the health benefits which are many but as far as a snack I wouldn't buy them again. It can take more than 10 minutes to chew a couple of tablespoons of them up well enough to attempt to force swallow them so not all that enjoyable on that front. The price is reasonable but would be more reasonable if the expiry date was more than 4 months from purchase date so as the only one eating them and not willing to force feed myself about half of the bag will make its was into the garbage when they expire. The bag says there are 3.5 servings per bag but it would literarily take you a few hours to eat that many at once.
