The bars that I received through Amazon shipping had been exposed to heat which causes "chocolate bloom" – the cocoa butter separates and rises to the surface which causes discoloration. It’s perfectly safe to eat, but it is not pretty and the texture of the chocolate changes undesirably (it tastes dry or stale).I emailed Squarebar and they immediately responded to my email and corrected the problem.If you buy from them directly, they ship the bars on ice so that they stay soft and pretty.I will do this in the future!Great tasting bars, perfect for my pre-workout snack and a company with integrity!

I love square bars! I have eaten so many protein bars over the last 2 years that there is plenty for me to compare with. They taste great, they satisfy my hunger and they are convenient. I just toss it in my purse and eat when I need to. Being that I am on a weight loss journey, I have to say that I've continued to do well with my weight loss and the Square bar provides me with plenty of energy as well.

This is an amazing product. First time trying it and sometimes when you get things like this the taste is compromised. Not the Square Organics. It has 12 grams of protein and only 23 grams of carbs on the Cherry Dark Chocolate Coconut that I have tried. And the coconut is not overpowering at all.

If you like Thin Mints, you will love these bars. They taste like you are eating cookies, it's hard to just eat one. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is a few of the bars in my box were stale. It was strange - most of the ones I ate were perfect, but about three of them were almost inedible. I probably just had a bad batch mix in with the rest of them, so I still recommend these. For around 200 calories, you get a great little snack, pre or post workout that satisfies a sweet tooth. The texture is also amazing. They have a little crunch due to the oats, but at the same time sort of melt in your mouth - YUM! My fellow Thin Mint lovers need these!

Clean product, great flavor, and easy to digest with no animal products to cause inflammation, cancer, or heart disease making it great for vegans and vegetarians as well as omnivores. All organic with the only place to quibble is the 5g of sat. fat from coconut fat. Great if you believe the benefit of MCT fat outweighs the risk of the added dietary cholesterol.

I love these. They’re easy on the stomach and full of flavor. I eat one or half of one before my morning workout. It curbs my appetite as well which is a plus. Can’t wait for them to put more in stock. The ingredients are what matter most to me! Please keep them the same!

Did not arrive in good condition -- I have ordered the Squarebars from Amazon many times before, and have been happy. This order arrived not tasting fresh at all. The chocolate has a whitish color on some parts, and the bar doesn't stay together. It crumbles. I thought that perhaps they had expired, but the expiration date is one year from now. Then I thought, well, maybe they were sitting out in the sun, but I think they would have been more deformed if that were the case. I note that the box appears to have been previously opened, and taped shut again. At +$2/bar, this was a disappointment.

Great. I like these a lot because they fill you up evenly and smoothly. When I have other bars such as granola bars, or Lara bars I feel hungry and bloated. Not with these. Totally worth it. You'll end up saving money because the healthy fats in the bars are long lasting fuel. Plus they taste great. Thanks.
