LD Products Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacements for Epson 702 High Yield 702xl Ink Cartridges for Epson Printer Workforce Pro WF-3720 WF3720 WF-3733 (2 Black,1 Cyan,1 Magenta,1 Yellow, 5-Pack)

I've used LD replacement cartridges for many years without problems. That was the case originally with these in an Epson WF-3720.Unfortunately, recently Epson pushed a firmware update to the printer that now renders these useless. It's really Epson being greedy, not LD. Moreover, it's impossible to revert printer to old firmware. Perhaps in the future LD will be able to update the chip on the cartridges so they will again be accepted. For now, please be aware of the issue with the Epson WF series and don't update the firmware, if possible.

I had the ink installed in my printer for about a week with no issues. Then I got an error message which stated the cartridges could not be recognized. Despite being advertised as replacements for Epson 702, they clearly are NOT as I couldn't print with them. This was a complete waste of money. I've now ordered the true Epson ink at double the cost, but what they say is true, you get what you pay for. Don't order these.They were, however, easy to install, but that has nothing to do with this purchase, but more because of well thought design by the printer manufacturer.

I was a little apprehensive about buying these remanufactured cartridges, but when looking at the cost of just one black XL cartridge ($40), I decided to try these for $20 but for 2 black and one of each of the colors. They offer 100% satisfaction so I knew I could return them. The cartridges work great and just like the originals. I will be purchasing these again when they run out.

My printer called for the Epson 702 ink cartridges, so I ordered them last year. Haven't had much of a need for printing so I did not open them until yesterday when my printer asked for a new black cartridge. I followed all instruction and was informed that the cartridge would not load because it was not the right one. What a bummer!!

BEWARE!!! Epson has issued a firmware upgrade that prevents remanufactured ink cartridges inoperable in their printers. These worked fine until the Epson firmware update! This has affected thousands of previously dedicated Epson customers.

I have used LD cartridges before and was satisfied with their performance. I even recommended them to others. But my recent experience has been disappointing. I ordered a set for my Epson WF-3720 printer and for the first time the printer did not recognize the cartridges. Thinking it was just a bad set I returned them and requested a replacement set. The new set was installed and was again rejected by the printer. So I am returning them for a refund and then go back to using the expensive Epson cartridges.

This product offers high quality results and brilliant colors for much less cost. Highly recommend if you want to save money but still get a good product.

I installed the black ink cartridges high yield and my printer was printing fine at first and now it says the printer doesn't recognize ink. I had to uninstall black LD ink cartridge and put real Epson cartridge in and it worked fine after that. Don't know if it is the ink or EPSON because it did not give me a problem until I updated the printer.
