It's still high quality leather. One-handed attachment to a belt loop can be difficult as the opening isn't too large. I assumed the backside of the keychain was also finished leather, but the back folded over and stitched, thus leaving exposed appx 1" of unfinished leather. Fine, but looks a little bit unfinished. Not a disaster but mildly disappointing, for this price, would have expected fit & finish everywhere. *** UPDATE Do not buy this product. After only two or three months of modest use, the spring on the clasp failed, and the stitching tore right out. Don't let the sturdy-looking pic fool you. ***
