Best decision
Super strong air filter ,I love the color as well perfect fit to a T. I bought one because of the other reviews and I was not sure 100 % but I’m glad I picked this one and made the right choice . I need one more now so I ordered it , it also flows well best decision ever worth every penny.

Flows great for small filter
This was a bit smaller than I expected (it's my fault for not reading the description) but with that being said it ended up fitting perfectly with the intake pipe I had fabbed up without measuring 😂. It also flows 28 psi of boost no problem.

It's aight. High maintenance... Keep it clean.
Did good for about 500 miles, now milage is going back down. Cleaned it, but it did nothing. Checked the throttle body and it was a bit dirty... Idk how. Seemed pretty sealed to me. It makes my engine purr better than my last filter.

Caught fire
They don’t make them like they used to. Very cheaply made. Mine must of came from China.

I removed the airbox and clamped it on the MAF sensor.
I have a 2007 Kia Optima 2.4L and I wanted to get a cold air intake but nobody makes one for this specific year car. I plan on eventually buying silicone hoses and making my own. So I bought a K&N filter, took off the airbox, and clamped it on. The intake noise that you hear around town and especially WOT is amazing. The noise is not too loud but it is noticeable. I believe my mpg has increased by 1 but that is negligible. Pretty easy install for my car; just a few bolts and a clamp. I have had this for a few thousand miles and it's still clean. The response of the gas pedal/throttle much quicker. I did measure a piece of cardboard and cut it out so that the MAF sensor doesn't get any turbulence. The car idles and drives like normal. I would recommend for anyone who doesn't want to spend $200+ for an intake system when you can get most of what you want from a $45-50 filter with shipping.
