Do not buy this product, it doesn't work.I started out with Muscleblaze's creatine monohydrate and I got what you'd expect from creatine, slight weight gain, improved performance and strength, faster recovery and yes, looking slightly bigger because of water retention in the muscles.I switched to this product and by 2-3 weeks I lost everything I mentioned above.

Having used this product for over a weeks period now, I can surely say that this protein powder for creatine is one of the best one, I have used so far.The content is of high quality but there is something that adds to this goodness, the seal packing. It is a strong seal, so strong that I couldn't peel it off. I had to slash a tear on the lid seal.The product doesn't mix well, just like any other pure creatine monohydrate.

I could see my stamina sky rocket on day 1 and I was not expecting any difference for at least a week. I am a diabetic so I might be experiencing more improvement then others.As per my knowledge it is the cheapest micronized creatine and it comes along with lab tests and other proofs of its authenticity.I am using creatine for the first time in my life so I can't really compare it with any other brand but I am very happy with the product

*Creatine is usefull when taken closer to workout like before or after workout.*But before workout definitely gives you additional pump and few extra reps.*It's micronized so obsorbes faster compared to normal creatine.*Difference can be felt from day 1.*Best way-mix one scoop in two glasses, drink one before and one after( or mix with whey)!!????

i liked this creatine from abbzorb, because it contains no flavour at all, one scoop of this gives you 3 gm of creatine which is sufficient amount for 1 day. This comes with a tightly packed seal. All those who go to gym & do weight training, must have this. you will see the results in your strength after you consume it for about 3 weeks regularly at any time of day, preferably post workout.

Uses 4 other brand but IMO this is the best among all. I got it 250g container for around RS. 360 which was a pretty nice deal. I would suggest this product over others mainly for 3 reasons.1. Easily diaolveable as it's in micronized form.2. Neutral taste so I don't have to force myself to consume it. (mostly creatine are too bitter in taste but this doesn't taste bad)3. I faced some digestion problem while using two specific brands creatine mono-hydrate but this didn't create any problems.However I won't suggest a beginner to buy 250g creatine as some may face digestion problem while taking any kind of Creatine so I would suggest Abzorb Nutrition to launch a 20-50g trial pack.
