They were a total hit for a party I had! Once I got the hang of making them it was super easy. It took about 3 try’s before I got it right. the directions say don’t fill the water all the way up but, I found out filling the water right to the rim it’s easier for it to come out, also let it sit on the counter for about 5-10 mins before putting it in warm water that seemed to help with the cracking.

After the 3rd or 4th shot the ice block cracked in half. It's an OK novelty for the price.

Ice slide everywhere we had to hold the block with a thick rubber band it try and use it. Shots Dont slide down the the groove it’s just a big mess all over the sides. Don’t buy it.

It’s not as easy to get the ice out as thought but it’s an easy set up

I allowed myself to be hopeful about this product, which I'd purchased to use during family get-togethers this past holiday season. Unfortunately, this product fell short in multiple areas.First, and most important, removing the finished ice from the mold intact and without cracking is difficult because the top edges of the mold's long sides curve inward (they don't look as though they're supposed to). I did manage to free it in one piece, but it was no easy feat.Secondly, the surface of the ice that is exposed to air freezes unevenly. Since this is the side of the ice that must be placed against the base, the luge does not sit in a stable position and continually slides off because the rim of the base cannot grip its uneven edges. I had to place a towel between ice and base in order to prevent it from slipping, which made a mess all over my table as the luge began to melt, quickly soaking the towel with water.Lastly, nearly every liquid that was poured down the luge dribbled onto the table instead of going into the glass placed before it. No matter how I adjusted the degree of incline or adjusted the placement of my glass, the liquid more often than not, simply curled underneath the lower lip of the ice and leaked onto my table.I liked the idea of this product and was excited to give it a try, but sadly, it did not live up to its claims. I returned it for a full refund.

This is a great ice luge. It comes with a stand too. Only thing is it is a bit complicated to use. If is it not completely flat when freezing it gets difficult to remove and place upside down on the stand because it slides around and falls off. You need to put a paper town down underneath it for traction. The river is a little bit wide as well so its pretty messy to drink out of. Also it must be carefully removed once take out of the freezer, if you defrost it too fast with too hot of water then it cracks and shatters. The product itself is fun and great.

This worked really well! You need about 24 hours to freeze it. When you are ready to use it you need to submerge it in cold water to free it from the mold. Overall it was a hit at the party and it stayed frozen all night.

Great for a 21st birthday celebration, but it was hard to put it on a surface that could be used. Legs of the material weren't high enough, so we ended up just holding it. Wishing the top of the mold had a lid, so the ice laid flat on the material.

Hard to actually fit into the freezer without spilling and then when it came to taking it out I couldn’t get it to stay on the board and it slid off and smashed. Will give another go at some point

Slightly too big to fit in normal freezer. Also it does bludge so hard to fit back on as it is supposed to. We ended up building our own ramp and it worked well.

Very poor waste of money

Works ok. Hard to get the ice to freeze flat on top so that when you flip it over it stays flat. Had to hold it in place with our hands while using it at a bachelorette party. Also hard to get the ice out of the mold without cracking it (we soaked it in warm water like the directions said but it was still tricky).
