It helps, but I'm still looking for a product that truly dissolves stuck-on bird poop.

I received an envelope without the product which is not A&E's fault but Amazon's. Not the first time this has happened. I actually love this product if I could actually receive it in the mail.

This product works well to remove bird poop from the bottom of the cage. I don’t spray it inside the cage when the bird is inside. You do need to scrub a little bit after leaving the product on where you are cleaning.

I have had parrots in my life for 25+ years [including as part of my flock at home, working in a pet shop (hand-feeding babies, ordering stock for bird department, selling companion birds and supplies) and regularly volunteering / being a board member at a parrot sanctuary (rescue)]. I just tried it for the first time, and this product does exactly what is described. Poop is dissolved quickly and can easily be wiped up. It is refreshing to have product truly deliver as promised. On top of that, it is non-toxic!
