I hope you are ready for another Deep Six adventure!!! Mickie has found herself in a bad situation that leaves her without a place to go. After getting through what should have been a quick stop for coffee, she heads over for a job interview. She is in need of money to keep her going and find her cousin. Lou Ellen is back, and she’s taking charge with Gray to get Deep Six up and running in DC. Mickie’s interview is with Lou Ellen, and she ends up running into the “dick” from the coffee shop. When she realizes where she’s applied and knowing her secrets are ones that can easily be trusted she must make a decision…to run or stay and trust! Gray, agree to hires Mickie when Lou Ellen puts her trust in her, but I don’t think he realized the adventure he would have with her while trying to help her out. This is another great addition to Deep Six series, and it’s nice to get to read about some of those other Deep Six characters from previous books. Hah, I was definitely hooked from the very first pages. A little Italian whirlwind known as Mickie just found herself in the middle of a big convoluted mess.Gray to the rescue, a smokin hot bean counter!Oh my gawd, the dialogue between these two really is snort-laugh worthy and their chemistry rivals Nonna's magic oil, that is when they're not running for their lives!This hit all my buttons as a fast paced and fantastic read.The introduction of new characters--perfect for their new East Coast Office.This is so Becky. Loved it!

The whole Deep Six series is amazing but I think this book blows the rest away.Grayson has been a fixture throughout the Deep Six series, he is calm, organised and always in control......a very grey, structured and predictable existence which is exactly as he likes it, until Mickie comes crashing into his world, knocking him flat on his back and leaving him gasping for air and completely bewildered. Never before has he struggled to focus on work, he constantly finds his mind wandering back to those delicious curves.Mickie is a small, feisty, Italian whirlwind who's life has exploded in her face, leaving her running for her life and unsure who she can trust. She is packed full of personality and sparks, sparks which Gray manages to fan into an inferno almost every time he opens his mouth.Can they keep their mouths, bodies and tempers under control long enough and Mickie alive long enough to follow the money trail, find her cousin and stop the cartel?Gray and Mickie are amazing together, as are the rest of the Deep Six Team who take great pleasure in pushing the usually calm and unflappable Gray to his limit at every possible opportunity. Dante was also fantastic - this was his first appearance and I cannot wait to read his book in the new series Deep Six East - yay! It will give me great pleasure to see him brought to his knees by an amazing woman!

Loved this book about a forensic accountant who is trying to help a feisty Italian jersey girl caught up in a Mob related drug running, guns, money laundering and Mackie is suspected of stealing cartel money and murder. This series just gets better and better. So much is going on between Gray and Mackie, this couple are so intense with chemistry and his doubt and mistrust of Mackie because Gray's been burnt before. This is an action packed thriller with lots of romance. Can't wait for Hawks story.

What a fabulous book. I loved the storyline and the amazing banter between Gray and Mickie was wonderful. Definitely one of my favourite books in this great series. Highly recommend it.

Another fab book from Becky McGraw, you never disappoint like all your books are page Turners couldn't put it down looking forward to the next book well done
