You don’t swallow these, they dissolve under your tongue. The flavor is bitter, that of a broken pill. It dissolves, you take a drink of water and it goes away. That being said all it is is melatonin, there is nothing else added to it. No sugar no nothing... they work great, a little faster than the conventional swallowing pill. Hey are just fine and I’ll buy hem again!

Works extremely well. I have profound (100 decibel) tinnitus and this puts me to sleep quickly with a long night's sleep. Sometimes I take 2 tablets. You MUST use sublingual! Other brands which you swallow with water take so long to get thru your digestive system that the melatonin effect will be delayed to the point that you'll need to wake up the next morning and you'll be so sleepy/groggy. This is a great product. To those whom complain about the taste, who cares if this works so well?!

At times, I was having problems falling to sleep. At other times after going to the bathroom during my sleep time, I couldn't get back to sleep quickly or very well. Both problems now appear to be solved. All good as far as that goes. The only thing that I don't like about the product is the bitter aftertaste. It does go away but I wish there was a more pleasant flavor.

Got product today, 1/20/24 and product shows best by 2/24. Don't think I will use up in the next 40 days. What a waist of money.

In the past few days, I have been having symptoms that have, in the past, been associated with taking a medication that boosts the level of serotonin in your body/brain (many antidepressants. My ears are ringing loudly again, and my back muscles went into spasm again.Since starting to take melatonin is the only change to my medication or vitamins, I checked to see if melatonin boosts levels of serotonin. I didn't find that it does. However, what I found was a bit concerning. You can find it on WebMD, Consumer Reports, or on medical journal sites. A study found that 26% of melatonin supplements tested contained serotonin. The article cited how much serotonin they found, and it looked very small to me, but the writers seemed to think it was a significant finding.I'm not saying that this one does: I have a subscription to Consumer Labs, and this isn't one of the brands that Consumer Labs analyzed. I'm just saying that if you are sensitive to serotonin levels and have a toxic reaction to serotonin-boosting drugs, it might be better to choose a brand that has been third-party certified by a trusted company.

Excellent product!!! Dissolves quickly, and the effects of the melatonin can be felt within about 30minutes!! I get a great nights sleep after using this, even used it to reduce jet lag when traveling over seas. Plan on buying this regularly!!

The flavor of these are so unusual...if you can get past the taste you have it made. They work. These dissolve under the tongue. All the other Frunetta vitamins are great...taste wonderful...but these have a medicinal flavor. Going to try to get used to the taste.

This is exactly the product I needed for my autistic son who has an extreme dislike of anything too sweetly flavored. I couldn’t find a melatonin on the market that wasn’t a gummy, tablet (which he can’t swallow) or fruity flavored liquid until now. These dissolve almost immediately when placed in his mouth and have made bedtime much easier!
