GBCPinnacle 27 EZLoad Thermal Roll Laminator, 27" Maximum Width, 8-10 Minutes Warm-Up (1701720EZ)

I purchased this for donation to our local school for the teachers. Getting lots of use. Make a teachers day by giving them a tool the can really use.

I am very disappoint about this purchase. I own a copy center and I purchased this unit because I had a GBC laminator before. I did not understand from the item's description that I wouldn't be able to use the 27" lamination film with this machine. Also I didn't get from the description that I would have to purchase the special EZ load film and that the regular GBC 27" film would not work. Also, this machine does not laminate smooth. There are wrinkles on the items I laminate every time I use it and there is no way to adjust the tensioner, if there is one. I have not been able to get help from GBC and haven't been successful in finding a solution online. I am beyond disappointed.

Works so easily, we love it in our school

I got this laminator a year ago and use about 300 feet or so a month. It runs well and every so often it will have some wrinkles but I can normally fix it by taking the rolls off and putting them back on. We also have the same one at school and it really takes a betting there people do not treat it well and it keeps going. I really do like this laminator.

Did not work right, speed was not working right. Returned over 3 weeks ago, still have NOT received credit.

The two inside plastic pieces looks like they are cracked and the film bubbles.

After 6 weeks of limited usage, it no longer works.

This item came damaged and is unusable.
