Power T1500-1bdCP 1,500-Watt Class-BD with Constant Power Mono Amplifier

I have this little beast running in 2 ohms running T365s in my doors and T265s in the kicker panels and it pushed 500 watts with ease and sound great doing it. I do have a active system running off of a Pioneer 80-PRS so this just runs my midrange drivers, but it does it flawlessly IMO. Stays cool and does what it was built for. I also have a HO alt, 3 batterys, BIG 3, 2 runs of 0 AWG to trunk batts, 4 AWG to amps with a VM to check on electrical system while rocking out. Been a RF since the 90s when i first heard them, spendy but i just upgrade sub amp which was a RF Power bd1000a1 built in 1999. I picked it up of CL over 2 yrs ago and still worked like new. I even dropped the amp down to 1 ohm when it was suppose to be only 2 ohm stable and it ran my T1D212 with ease. Thats RFs proof, a 15 yr old amp that still runs like new. Upgraded to a T1500bdcp and lovethe 2000 watts in 1 ohm it puts out.

This is now my 3rd set of Rockford amps, my last one lasted from 2002 - 2012 (also power series) and led a HARD life. I chose to go with 2 of these (a t400-4 also) due to their small size which I installed in a custom rack I find installation of this generation simpler then my last one since it now uses regular phillips heads to bind the wiring and build quality doesn't seem to be all that bad These are feeding Boston Acoustics Pro Series drivers in fronts and sub along with MB quarts in the rear for fill which are all highly sensitive speakers so proper tuning is a must as with any amp These have minimal distortion that I can hear and they certainly seem very efficient BUT my old ones to me sounded better All and all if I were spending more I would have possibly looked at other brands and it's likely I would still pick these because of the reliability I have had with my last 2 sets , you simply can't go wrong with Rockford

The Rockford Fosgate Power T1500 1bdCP 1,500 watt amp is an absolute beast. I paired it with my two 12 inch subwoofers, hit play, and suddenly my truck isn’t a truck anymore, it’s a seismic event on wheels. Every bass note hits like a punch from Thor himself, my windows rattle, my teeth vibrate, and I swear the local wildlife is filing noise complaints. Durable, high powered, and completely unhinged, this amp turns any playlist into an epic soundtrack for driving through the Alaskan backcountry. You’ll feel like you’re literally carrying the sound of a stadium with you wherever you go. Warning, may attract curious moose, alarmed bears, and anyone foolish enough to live near you. Absolutely insane and ridiculously fun, my truck has never sounded this alive. If you love bass, this amp is basically a lawless party in a box.

if you know how to match your sub/speaker power level to what a amp rms is then you will be fine if not then your speakers will distort at high volume ;-) i have this amp matched up with a kappa perfect 12.1 sub and the sq and spl that combo puts out is great. it stays cool also

These amplifiers are absolute power. They're a little power hungry but the watch they produce is outrageous the t1500 to birth certificate on it says 1996 Watts when I pushed it to clipping I found it to be almost 3, 500 watts at about 65% efficiency if you run it normal a one ohm you'll push 2000 Watts at about 83% efficiency hands down best value amplifier it does cost a little bit and the only problem is it does not come with the decibel knob but you can buy one for about 25 to $30 then you can adjust your gain Easy to install great looking appearance and a performance of Rockford fosgate is unmatched

Nice amp. Fast shippment the only reason I gave this 4 stars due to the amp being shipped in the original box. I didn't even have to sign for it. Thank God know one stole it off my pourch.
