Excellent and timely summary account of patterns and trends in population health in the United States. Will assign as a text in future years.

I recently read this book to help me understand more about health patterns across the United States. I was working on a project focused on population health and needed an accessible and easy-to-read yet comprehensive source. This book was absolutely perfect for my needs. It is easy to read and extremely interesting, and offers in-depth information about many areas that affect population health such as income inequality, geography, social policy, and healthcare. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about population trends in the US. I wish we would have used this book in courses at school, as it would be perfect for beginners and any college-level students. Five stars!!!
