They were very vested in getting me satisfied and up an running with their equipment
As a home inspector, I am always seeking products that make my life easier and my work processes more efficient. This ladder does both. Further, their company customer service is top flight. The ladder is a bit of a trick to bring down, but a call/email to the company quickly gave me the "art with the science" for this ladder. They were very vested in getting me satisfied and up an running with their equipment. Once you get the hang of it, this ladder is a great tool - light, compact, seemingly well-made. Everyone is always amazed when I pull this ladder out of my vehicle and deploy/break down this ladder!

Great, easy to store ladder!
Everything was great about this ladder, minus the dent at the top. The dent doesn’t effect the ladders capability, was probably shipping damage. As a traveling surgical equipment technician, this is an overall great product!

Great Ladder!!! Love it!!
Ladder is exactly what I ordered and arrived before my stated delivery date. Have a small pick up truck with only a 5 1/2 foot bed so could not carry a full sized 6 foot ladder. This 12ES Telesteps ladder fits easily into my pick up and has solved my problem. It really is a full sized ladder in a compact package. The included shoulder strap is comfortable and makes transporting of the ladder from my truck to where I need it very easy. Could not be happier with my purchase and looking at ordering another one for my assistant to use as well.

Read the small print on actual size of ladder
It's a nice product but it's not what I expected. I expected a 12.5 foot tall ladder, but it's only six-foot tall. You are expected to add the rest of the height by standing on it up to the fourth rung and reaching up. Then it depends on what your own height is. You may or may not reach 12 feet.

$350? For what?
Quality is good, but not worth $350. I own a few telescoping ladders that cost under $150, and some have the same build quality. The ladder can only be used fully extended, all other ladders can be used at multiple heights. The quality and features can not justify the price. You are paying $200 for the name.

Folds down very small.
The ladder extends and collapses very quick for transport. Very compact. Very sturdy. Excellent locking mechanism. Feels very safe.

Im pleased so far. Few things:
The ladder works quite well. It is obviously more wobbly than a fixed six foot ladder (Im comparing it to my 6' 1A Featherlite) but not a big deal. I enjoy that I can pack this in the back of my hatchback for small jobs.Im curious why the locking arms lock "up" - most ladder locking arms lock when you push them down. I understand that the arms wouldnt have enough clearance when the ladder is folded up, but it wouldn't have been too hard to just redesign some other components to make that work. I would have preferred them to lock down so they don't disengage if something falls on them.Minor thing: The videos online show people effortlessly extending the ladder. This isnt accurate; it takes a little bit of force but nothing worth complaining about. - It's still less effort than tightening down a Jaws ladder. The carry strap is certainly going to get lost pretty quickly. I would have designed the carry and locking method into the ladder itself.
