Math Principles for Food Service Occupations

Got this book for a class in college. I've noticed many mistakes such as skipping or not explaining the next step, equal sign replaced with division sign or multiplication sign. I wish it had the answers in the back of the book for the problems. I dont know if I did it right or not.

Every child needs to do this book. It is a great reminder of basic life skills to parents. It is a easy book to follow.

Very basic math, good for helping apply concepts to specific math functions.

I love the kindle edition. So easy to carry around and have on my ipad. I'm a Diet Tech student and some of our textbooks are so large and heavy, it makes it difficult to carry everything around. I was so excited for the kindle edition.

Covers a great deal and very easy to understand. Excellent book!
