Great replacement ladder

Received the pool ladder promptly and in perfect condition. Was replacing a 15 year old ladder and am very happy with this product.

Pool ladder is nice for the price. Only wish the steps were a little wider, the screw holes recessed, and the metal polished more. Other then that. I like it and recommend it.

SR Smith is selling junk. This ladder started rusting after just two weeks in the pool. The only ladder worth it is a marine grade ladder with 316L stainless steel!

S.R. Smith quality control was terrible on this item. The ends that go into the anchors in the concrete were not cut right. One was 1/2" longer than the other and both were then 2 1/2" to long. I had to cut them off just to get the top step to be in the water. Overall I had to cut 3" off one and 2 1/2" off the other. Also the bolts that hold the steps on would not tighten because they turned in the holes in the pipes. I had to hold them with pliers to tighten them. Someone at S.R. Smith must have been asleep when this ladder was checked. See Photo.

Allready started to rust in less than two months

It has been in the water for a month and is rusting in two places. I would like to be contacted by S.R Smith.

Some of the parts were missing on the handrails of the product...I was told it could take 5-6 days to received the missing parts.
