Over Board 30 Litre Pro-Light Backpack - AW19

Not sure if the inside ripped due to old age or rough handling but the bag did it’s job for a considerable amount of time. It would still work I’m sure but I’m pretty bummed the interior ripped which made the bag difficult to use.

I bought this bag with the specific intention of protecting my camera bag during a trip to the Galapagos. The bag is lightweight and strong. It has an inner zippered pouch, approx 6x9" useful for wallet, cell phone, small thin items.It seals easily and securely. Although I did not walk much with it, it felt comfortable with about 10 lbs of gear. My only grip was the outer mesh pouch. The seam is poorly designed and mine started to come apart. About 1 inch of the piping came free from the mesh causing a small gap. I used the pouch to store a wet shirt and perhaps it stretched the pouch to capacity pulling the mesh from the piping. Held lightly together. Other than that the bag is really nice given its light weight.Note: I sent it back to the manufacturer and got a replacement, but had to pay return shipping. A big disappointment on paying for the return shipping cost when it was a manufacturer defect and since I received the initial purchase with free shipping.

1. No other bag will keep your stuff as dry as this one. Throw it in a pool, hose it or trek through the rain. No matter what you through at it it will keep your gear dry.2. It will never have a zipper break. All my other back packs have broke over time or have some issue closing. With this bag it will never happen.3. Its durable. The bag is made from a good martial and is well built. You could have this bag floating down the river and it would still hold up.

I usually use this when cycling. Cavernous interior, can fit a huge amount of stuff when rolled only once or twice. Very lightweight when empty. Strong material.So, for cycling, (down the shops, not mountainbiking!), waterproof is great, as many have said. Comfort also good, the padding on the back is quite a good cushion and adds a bit of rigidity which it needs. It doesn't swing about too much... my only problem is the 'waist straps'. These dangle a lot, and when not used, the plastic buckle can dig into the lower back. I cut them off in the end, and the bag is much better for it in my opinion.Overall, good, very large bag, lose one star for being just a bit expensive methinks...

I bought one of these a year ago and lost it on a london bus. Was then I realised how great this bag is. I usually have an active life, have fallen into rivers walked 20+ miles in the rain but with this bag everything mostly stays dry. If you fall into a river there is no guarantee as it relies on you sealing your bag properly. Rain and other water I've had no issues at all.

Super good quality. Buy the 30L because if you take air off the bag it gets small in size. Inside pocket ripped easily. Too bad.

Quite roomy, very lightweight, waterproof.Comfortable to wear. Like it a lot.
