I have purchased lots of freeze dried foods that go fantastically when mixed with yoghurts, ice creams and porridges but this one has been a disappointment.The small tub was pretty nice but I have purchased many other similar products in foil lined, resealable vacuum sealed products that are fresh and flavourful.This came clumped badly, chalky in texture and required copious amounts of powder to try and get any flavour and it still tasted quite artificial.Not great and I'll not be buying this particular one again.

I mashed a teaspoon of this powder into a strawberry and added it to a packet strawberry mousse mix. Boy, did it make a difference. Natural taste, not too sweet, fine powder easy to use. Only let down by the price.

Yummy with Greek yoghurt and honey... I like that it is packaged in a tin rather than a pouch, makes it easier to open and close, to keep fresh... Exceedingly yummy... Recommended... :-)

Really strong flavour, full to the brim. I’m not much of a fan of the taste but if u like strawberry ice cream that’s what it tastes like

When I bought this, on the product page it stated that seeds are removed from the Super Garden products. That is not the case with the strawberry version. Disappointing because I had specifically chosen this brand because of there being no seeds in the powder (I have diverticular disease, and have been told to avoid foods with seeds). I tried using the powder in a smoothie to see if the seeds would be broken down, but they weren't. If you don't have a problem with seeds, this powder would be fine for you, the taste of the actual powder is good.

It's quite a compact powder so you don't need to use too much to get the flavour

I ordered this product after reading of its health benefits in a reputable book. A teaspoonful a day was found in a study to be beneficial. I have been adding a teaspoonful to my breakfast porridge daily. Although it smells lovely, the flavour is quickly diluted by the porridge, but I really like the pretty strawberry-red appearance of the powder and the neat packaging. I am confident that when I finish the tub I will reorder, although there is plenty in the tub. Please note: the flavour is not sweet, as you might expect, but it is pleasant.

Super fine powder that I generally use to flavour buttercream which it does beautifully without any hint of graininess. It has an excellent, tart, fresh raspberry flavour (although until you mix it into something it has a slightly off putting smell - never fear when it’s in icing or a shake or whatever it smells wonderful) it also imparts a lovely natural pink colour to what you mix it into. The flavour is strong and a table spoon or two will robustly flavour a batch of buttercream. It comes in a handy container with a lid which makes it easy to store and use.
