OK for rocking support
The picture does not show a fabric covering. It looks slick. I have had this type of product as shown without the fabric covering. My foot pivoted back and forth more smoothly without the covering. The Amazon insole is OK but would be better if the item was slick without fabric.

Overall: Okay but hard pass on repurchase
It has enough cushion at my heel but falls very short on the ball of foot. I think the only reason it works decently well on the heel is because I'm just a little over 100 lbs. Also, the individual toe rings are kind of irritating to my toes as they have zero cushion but somehow felt the need to include ridges.

Ok Inserts
They do give a little support. I have plantar fasciitis really bad and I'm sure these are great for everyday foot relief but my foot seems to have a bruised bone as well as plantar fasciitis and it just helps a little. Feels like the bone is coming through the heel pain and needs more support than these for this ailment.

Good, but could use some improvements
I was skeptical about these but decided to give them a try. I usually have Dr. Scholl's gel insoles in my shoes, and was wondering if I should replace them with these, but as it turns out, these inserts are so thin that I didn't have to. I put them on top of the gel insoles and they didn't make the shoes any tighter. The liquid moves to fill in the high spots in the sole of your foot, so it works with any type of arch (high or low). It also moves around as you walk and put pressure on different parts of your foot. I just finished a 10-mile urban hike today with these on and my feet did feel a little better than they usually do after those long hikes. My only complaint is that the toe part (which doesn't have any liquid) is too thin so my toes hurt a little while I walked. I wish it was a little softer there.

Best orthotics I’ve found
The thing that’s great about these is that apart from massaging your feet, all the little muscles in your feet have to work a bit harder because you are actually standing on a small amount of liquid. Our feet are made for walking on uneven ground, mud, water and various other surfaces that require these little muscles to be used, but since we all wear shoes all the time, the feet don’t get this chance to be used correctly, and I believe that leads to other issues with joints, etc. so since I can’t walk around barefoot, this is the next best thing. I feel that it is strengthening my feet and calves and I think this is something people don’t realize. So these do the trick. Only one little minor issue is that it’s a bit hotter and tighter in my shoes but not enough of a con for me considering the pros I’ve just mentioned. In my opinion these are the best kind of orthotics to buy. I am never satisfied with any other types. If you strengthen the unscrew you are doing more to solve your issues than simply have a cushion under your feet.

Lost liquid
I enjoyed these while they were filled with liquid! However, after only a couple uses, the liquid "disappeared" out of one sole. I need them to last longer then that!

Was good at first then just got painful
I used these for a few shifts at work where I stand and walk all night. The 1st night they seemed to help with foot pain and you can rock back and forth on them to feel the jel move back and forth massaging you feet. But after a few hours the ball of your feet get sore for some reason. After a few more shifts wearing them I stopped using them they are made of a slick material so your sock slide on them.

Last longer
It last longer than i thought and helps me throughout the days work. At first it feels abit uncomfortable to walk and sometimes lose balance but then when i got use to it feels normal and my feet doesn't hurt abit at all. I tried to order one but they don't have men size 10 in stock. Hopefully they have it soon cause my new work shoes needs it.
