I am a licensed professional and I tend to change my hair color a lot. Which is why I was using fullshine hair. I have been purchasing hair from this company for 2+ years- pretty consistently as well (about every 2-3 months). I loved the hair, it was amazing, great quality and it worked better for me then investing in more expensive hair.Until my last purchase. I purchased in middle of July and the hair didn't arrive until August 1st, which is no big deal. I was unable to have the hair installed until September 1st. Again, as mentioned I'm a licensed professional and even with that I always read and follow instructions to the T. I noticed after sleeping and removing my hair from a lose braid and trying to comb it out- it was extremely knotted and tangled.******* not even 10 days after having the hair installed for $250 I went to get a wash and a blowdry from a coworker of mine. First of all. My non-slip Pony tail was MATTED into my hair (this is after brushing/detangling my hair for the millionth time that day). It took my coworker 20 minutes to just simply untangle my hair. This was my first wash since installing the hair, and the hair had only been in 10 days.The feeling of the hair was the feeling I typically feel after wearing the hair for a full 6 weeks.I immediately messaged full shine because I had never experience this before and I was extremely disappointed by the quality of hair I had received.I sent pictures and expressed my disappointment.In reply, the customer service person I was speaking to told me they could resend me 2 new packs of hair.I have a lot of hair so I had 4 packs in my head that I had spent over $200 on and on top of that another $250 to get installed by one of my other stylist friends.I had expressed I didn't find a replacement of 2 packs sufficient enough as I needed 4 packs in my head and I already had spent almost $500 and didn't want to have to buy any more hair after that and still not even know if the quality of hair would be right. And at that point, I was concerned about the quality of the tape that was attached to the hair and was in my head at the time. Which I was right to be worried about.I got the hair removed 2 days later and I experienced a significant amount of hair loss.I had to pay $1200 for new hair and a new installation.In return they offered to refund me $150 and send me clip in extentions instead.I said ok and waited for my refund and my clip ins to be delivered after giving them all of my personal information again even though they shouldve had it in their system (I know dumb of me).I reached out again a few weeks later because I still hadn't received my refund or replacement clip ins. I was informed by a different customer service representative that I didn't confirm what I had wanted and they were confused so they didn't send anything out.Mind you, I had already said 3x to send the refund and had given my information to them 3x as well.I also reached out to Amazon because at this point- it felt sketchy to me.On October 6th I reached out again because I still was not refunded. They expressed to me that if they refunded me $150, I will be charged a 12% fee and will not even recieve the full amount of $150. They asked me if they could send it to me on pay pal instead. I declined and asked for it to be sent on Amazon.They asked me to please not write a review but quite frankly I feel it's only right.At this point I have spent over $1650 on my hair now and the amount of hair loss I experienced from their product literally makes me want to throw up everywhere.The fact that after being a loyal customer for 2+ years spending between 150-250 with their company every few months and they could only refund me $150 even though in that purchase I spent $200+ makes me very upset. And the fact that I wasn't refunded on September 10th when I reached out the first time and it's now October 11th and I'm still waiting also makes me disappointed.I don't really like leaving reviews and bad ones at that but honestly save yourself the money and trouble and invest in good quality hair that you can buy from a professional because even though this hair can be good quality, it's not worth the chance that you'll get a bad batch like mine that makes you lose hair 🥺

Personally I have worn these extensions for a little over a month, as I had my friend who is a great hairstylist put them in for me. They hold amazingly, my problem is even after following all the instructions, and being very careful, using very little heat to low heat and even a heat protectant for the hair it still burnt out fast. I only got around 3-4 hair styles out of the hair before it completely looked and felt awful. I’m really bummed but i should of figured that out with how good the price point was and it’s off of Amazon. Do I think it’s the worst hair? No. Do I think if you plan on using any heat you should buy them? Absolutely not. If you don’t use heat and go for more of natural ways to curl, and style your hair these are perfect for you. On the other hand I’m not terribly upset.But they do state it’s real hair. On the other hand, it’s definitely not, you can tell by feeling and the smell that comes from the hair when delivered it’s fake off the bat. Although, I loved it in the beginning it shortly faded and fast, unfortunately I just did not like them. I wish I could give them another try and see if possibly they have better hair but I really just don’t want to take the risk. By all means it’s budget friendly and just don’t use heat on them and they’ll really last, and be your best friend. Like I said I really enjoyed the hair in the beginning and really wish it would of worked out for me because I did plan on buying directly from the company if it worked out, but unfortunately it didn’t. Hope my review gives some insight. But on the other hand the tape they put on these extensions do rock, never budged and like I said I have had these in for a little over a month almost 2 months and if I wanted to could keep them in probably for another but like I said the hair is dryer than the Sahara desert and is looking like doll hair.UPDATE- 8/21/2022 DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR, when taking these out the tape they use is way too harsh, almost like gorilla glue, if I did not have my friend whose a hairstylist take this out I would of 100% lost my hair. Whatever glue their using is way too harsh and dangerous. It hurt so bad to take them out and never in my life would I recommend this too anyone. Buyers please be aware, they lasted and stayed sure but if you want to risk losing your real hair go ahead, stay away from this hair and company

I have had these extensions in for just over a week and I am allready noticing a difference in quality. The discription said the ends were full, when i took them out of the box the ends were thin and choppy. They were very soft for the first few days but even without using any heat styling or harsh products and properly taking care of them, they have started to loose softness and become frizzy. After letting them settle and going for the first shower with them in, I noticed they ran color in the shower. They matched my hair perfect after instal but are now a shade lighter after the first shower. The discription also said there was no shedding and I have had some shedding throughout the day and some end breakage when brushing.On a much better note: They were very easy to install on my own and have been holding in my hair very nicely. I am able to still move my hair around with these in and put my hair up. Careful putting hair up in anything more then a ponytail as it tangles easy. They feel very natural and light on my head which shocked me as i went with the 22 inches and went from shoulder length to almost waist line.Over all I am happy about having the length of hair that I do with these extensions but am not the happiest about the quality of this hair after just a week. Will probably only get 2, maybe 3 uses out of these unfortunately.**Update***Since talking with customer service I have recieved a refund for half this purchase. The lady i spoke with was very nice.

I have used extensions for 20 years, &only used high end extension shampoo/conditioners. I rarely use heat on my hair. And wash it maybe every 4-5 days. It is always braided at night. And usually pinned up during the day as I am an Optician. The first few washings were ok, but then it would matt and tangle if left down for any time. After the 4th wash I was finding broken hair on the floor at work, and total mess at the bathroom sink. I am very disappointed with the product and will not be purchasing again.So, update!I was contacted by the company, and they were upset by my review. I told them that was what the batch of hair I got was like... They assured me that this was not the case at all, and refunded my money for all the troubles I had gone through.AND!! AND, they sent me a new setting try, (my choice) as they were upset about my oppinion.Well, I recieved them today, and they are beautiful!They are silky and soft,yet add so much natural looking volume to my hair!... I am shocked that this is the same company!... the first order must have been a bad batch or something, because this one is so lovely...So if you are reading this, my first review was a one 🌟... this order is such amazing quality and value for the price! I have paid 10x more for much poorer quality!The determination of the company to get me to "just try it" was also impressive, because I don't like junk..and the first set was not good... but, they were persistent that their product really IS EXCEPTIONAL!... I can't explain how incredible the customer service is. I've ordered many fullshine tape in packs over the years, and recently received one that just didn't hold up. They immediately corrected this, were so fast to reply. Checked in throughout to make sure everything was ok.In a time where it seems like no one cares (especially sellers on Amazon) it's so amazing to know they do. ESPECIALLY for something you're attaching to your head for months on end.A++. Lovely hair. Even better people.

These are probably the best tape in hair extensions I’ve ever purchased in my life. As a certified hairdresser I’ve paid a pretty penny for tape ins that I couldn’t even reuse because of how bad the quality became, and that we’re thin at the ends. But these extensions are amazing. They’re insanely soft, thick from root to the ends, I didn’t even have to cut them when put on because they blended so well. My hairdresser who installed them on me was In shock as well that these were from Amazon! The tape is STRONG and I’m reusing them for a second time now! Take care of the hair as you would your own hair and they’ll last you very very long! I’m so happy and will never order from another brand again lol. They also have a beautiful natural wave if you let them air dry!

The quality of the hair is pretty good upon first opening. It is thick from bottom to tip and the tabs are thin and comfortable. However after a week or two of wear and deep conditioning, the hair became extremely dry. The tabs are impossible to remove even with proper tape in extension remover. I have never had such a hard time removing extensions. The tabs leave a ridiculous amount of glue residue
