Delivery instructions ignored
The item itself is good and I really like it. HOWEVER... I did specify in delivery instructions that my letterbox was small and not meant for big packages, and asked for the package to be left by the door if it didn't fit through it at the first attempt. ... This was delivered in a package with two other things and it nearly damaged both the letterbox and the package because the delivery person forced it to stay half way through the letterbox instead of leaving it by the door as requested, making me question why even bother to leave delivery instructions, only for those to be ignored...
