RWS Pellet Sampler

What can I say except the made in USA pellets are very inconsistent in their grain weight, which effects how the pellet prints on a target. As I recall these pellets are made in Germany and have a consistent grain weight from pellet to pellet (or at least a tighter tolerance in mfg). RWS will always make a good product (unless someone else buys them out and quality goes to trash). This sample pack is good for testing which pellets your rifle digests best.

Nice assortment of pellets. Count seems pretty close (I only counted out 2.of the groups and both were on the money). Pellets are pretty clean when compared to others *coughcough crosman coughcough* shipping was fast and arrived undamaged. Havent tried any yet but I suspect there will be at least one pellet my airgun likes. Now for the package. At first I thought it was cool and compact. Then I tried to take out a pellet. Ugggh. The entire lid has to be opened and if your like me that means it will get spilled and you will be left with the joyful task of sorting and seperating. Hand N sells test kits for about the same price and the pellets all come in an individual tube. I ended up moving all the pellets into there own seperate bottles (thankfully I have hundreds of small screwtop plastic bottles). This task alone took a hour and forced me to sort each type as some migrated to the neighbors compartment. I wont say this is the worst package I had to deal with but it is not user freindly. Soo good ets bad package.

Excellent selection to see what type of pellets (flat nose (2 in different weights), semi-round, hunting, hollow point) you air rifle "likes" (shoots most accurately).

When i got these pellets I was shocked at the quality. These pellets look like they were turned on a lath. I shot 3 groups of 5 for each kind at 15 yards. Every shoot touched the one before it. Then I went out to 30 yards no change at all. The fit in my umarex surge xt is perfect not to tight not to loose.

Compared to all other pellets I've used I knew right when I received these were going to be very accurate. Solid construction and no deformities like you would find in most pellet brand. Highly recommend these pellets for plinking and pest control. Highly recommended!!!

Opened up the envelope in which the pellets were mails to find that about 25% of them had spilled out. The plastic case that the pellets come with is horrible and, in my opinion, not reusable. You'll more than likely need some small containers to transfer them to.

A great opportunity to try different quality of pellets before you buy a lot and they do not work.

I really wanted to like this,but the various pellets are quite similar(making the “assortment” disappointing)and the pellets are NOT containedin individual tubes or containers!The clamshell is not just packaging,it is also the only container.Unless you open it very carefullyand in a perfectly horizontal positionthe contents fly, bounce, and rollall over the room. This applies not only to the initial unpackaging, but every time you want to access a pellet.A bit silly, really.I ended up storing them in breath mint containers.
